Good day! Now we will assemble a low-frequency amplifier. It is based on the TDA2004 microcircuit. It has two outputs, but the power of each individually is 8 watts, and this is not so much. Therefore, we will use the bridge inclusion. This inclusion will increase the power more than twice.We will poison in a solution of hydrogen peroxide and citric acid. Pour three tablespoons of peroxide into a large disposable cup, pour a tablespoon of citric acid and add a pinch of regular salt, it is a catalyst, and is not consumed during the reaction. We mix the solution until the substances are completely dissolved and we throw a fee. Hydrogen bubbles begin to precipitate, and the solution turns blue.The board is etched for about half an hour. Slightly accelerate the process by placing the solution in the sun. When the excess copper is dissolved, we get a fee and wash it with water.The used solution should be poured into the general sewage system. Next, clean the board from toner with acetone and pave the tracks.First solder the microcircuit into its place, then the rest of the components. Install using the picture:At this stage, the amplifier is ready. Before switching on the chip should be installed on the heat sink.
