For test:

  1. 125 grams of soft butter;

  4. 1 vanilla sachet;

  6. 100 gr. ground mendal
  7. 150 grams of flour.

For cream:

  1. 400 ml of milk;
  2. 100 ml of white wine;
  3. 3 yolks;
  4. 1 vanilla;
  5. 1 tsp orange peel;
  6. 6 p. sugar;
  7. 4 p. flour with the top
  8. 5-6 apples.


Stir the butter with the sugar, vanilla and zest, add the egg and almonds. Add a little bit of flour. The dough should be soft.

Spread the dough into a baking dish. Leave the form in the refrigerator until cooked cream.

For the cream, mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla and zest. Add yolks and some milk. Stir until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and wine. Cook the cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps and cool.

With the help of a peeler we prepare ribbons for roses along with the peel. We put apple tapes with roses. Pour cream on the dough, roses on it.

We glaze the roses with hot confiture or marmalade diluted with water, which is at hand. We bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven until the dough is baked and the apples turn golden.
