Banana Cake

Banana Pieis a cake recipe.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  1. 450 grams of flour;
  2. 150 grams of butter;
  3. 200 grams of sugar;
  4. 150 grams of sour cream;
  5. 2 eggs (one whole, and one yolk).

Stuffing:

  1. 320-350 g of bananas
  2. 2 eggs;
  3. 150 grams of sour cream;
  4. 8 tbsp. l. flour;
  5. 70 grams of sugar.

Cooking

Dough

Pound the softened butter with sugar. Add eggs (one whole and yolk), sour cream and flour. We knead the dough very carefully with our hands. We put the dough into a mold (diameter 24-25 cm) and put it in the refrigerator for the time of making the filling. &Nbsp;

Stuffing

Crush bananas. Separate the yolks from the whites and add the yolks to the banana mass. There also add sour cream, sugar and flour.

Beat the whites into a strong foam, add to the total mass and mix gently (so that the proteins do not settle).

Build

Remove the dough form from the refrigerator and pour the stuffing into it. Pour carefully to ensure that the filling does not settle. Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
