Modeling and assembling a box

A box will consist of two main parts: a box and a section for tea bags. To form a cardboard binding box, cut two rectangles 21.5 x 9.5 cm in size (casket base), 9.5 x 8.9 cm in size (side walls), as well as a back wall of 20.9 x 8.9 cm and a flip cover 21, 5x9.7 cm.

Glue the side and back walls of the box to the bottom base of the box (21.5x9.5 cm). At the end, glue the top base.

According to the sizes shown on the diagram,Cut out the details of the section for tea bags from cardboard. First glue at a right angle of the base, and then glue the side partitions. All the details of the box at this stage should be glued using a transparent polymer glue, and the paint tape used to temporarily fix the parts.

Gluing a box

For gluing the front side of a box of drawing paper, cut a rectangle of 40.9x9.5 cm and from a fabric with a picture of kitchen utensils - 43x12 cm. Glue the fabric onto the drawing paper, leaving each side allowances of 1 cm.

Now prepare for pasting the inside bottom of the box: cut out a rectangle of 20.5x9 cm in size and 22.5x11 cm from fabric.Glue the fabric with the image of kitchen supplies to the paper, and cut the corners of the fabric at a right angle.

Glue the blank to the bottom of the box, put the allowances on the walls.

For pasting the inside of the box from whatman paperwork, cut out a billet 38.5x8.8 cm, and from a fabric in a red cage - 40.5x10.8 cm. Cut the corners at a right angle fabric, and then go inside and glue the allowances along the long sides of the rectangle.

Glue the blank to the inside of the box. Thus, at this stage, the two sides and the upper base of the box should be plastered outside and inside.

Design of the lid and section for tea bags

To accomplish this step, cut a rectangle of 21.3x20 cm from the drawing paper and a fabric with the image kitchen utensils - 24.3x23 cm. Glue the cardboard blank hinged cover (21.5x9.7 cm).

At the inner side of the blank, first glue a seam allowance of 24.3 cm,and after side allowances.

Now stick the paper drawing paper to the bottom base of the box by placing a back wall allowance.

To finish pasting the outer part of the box, cut out rectangles: from a drawman 20.5x8.5 cm, from a cloth into a cage - 1 cm more on each side, i.e. . 22.5 x 10.5 cm. Cut off all the corners at a 45-degree angle, bring in the inside allowances and glue the allowances along the long sides, and then along the short sides of the box. Glue the resulting blank to the inner base, and set the allowance on the cover. Take care of the design of the section for tea bags. To do this, cut out rectangles measuring 20.3x8.7 cm and 20.3x8.5 cm from cardboard (2 mm). Glue them along the long side. Then, in accordance with the dimensions indicated in the diagram, cut out 4 parts of the partitions and glue them between the bases. Glue the section for sachets from the outer side of the sides. To do this, cut out the contours of the parts, glue them with a cloth with the image of kitchen utensils. Glue the parts to the outer sides of the bagging section, and make allowances at the bottom of the bases and through the sections inside the cells.

Glue the cuts of the internal partitions with fabric strips.

Go to pasting the inside of the section. Cut 3 rectangles 16x6.4 cm from a drawing paper, and 18x8.4 cm from fabric into a cage. Glue the inner blanks with the prepared blanks, dragging the allowances on the side partitions.

To glue the sides of the partitions, cut 6 pieces out of the drawing paper, glue them over with a cloth, and put in the allowances. Glue them to the cardboard parts. At the end of the creation of the carton box for tea, glue over the base of the bag section, glue the blank to the hinged lid and attach the decorative handle.
