Chocolate Biscuits

Chocolate Biscuitsis a recipe.


  1. 300 grams of flour;
  2. 2 tsp. baking powder;
  3. 1 tsp. soda;
  4. 1/2 tsp. salt;
  5. 2 tbsp. l. sugar;
  6. 75 grams of cold chopped butter
  7. 150 ml of cold milk;
  8. dark chocolate (60%);
  9. 1 egg (beat for lubrication).


Heat the oven to 2100C, cover the baking tray with baking paper.  

Mix flour with baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Hands rub the butter in the flour mixture. Pour in the milk and knead the dough. Mash it on a board sprinkled with flour and roll it into a rectangle 3 mm thick. Cut a rectangle into 12 equal parts and put chocolate pieces on each.

Wrap the chocolate dough and lightly press around the edges to secure. Put the buns on a baking sheet and each with a beaten egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. &Nbsp;

Remove the buns from the oven and serve with coffee and milk.
