Chocolate Hearts Donuts
Donuts with chocolate Hearts- a recipe.
- eggs 2 pieces;
- milk 200 gr;
- yeast 25 g;
- Sugar 4 tbsp. l.;
- vanilla 1 sachet;
- pinch of salt;
- chocolate 100g;
- cooking oil;

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, pinch of salt, eggs, vanilla. Mix everything well, then add a little sifted flour and mix a soft dough with your hand. When the dough becomes elastic and will not stick to your hands, we do not add any more flour. We roll the dough into a bowl, place it in a deep bowl and cover it with a towel. Put in a warm place.
When the dough is doubled, put some flour on the table. We form a long bundle of dough, cut the tourniquet into small pieces. From pieces we roll not thin flatbreads. In the center of the lozenge we put a piece of chocolate, from above we put another lozenge. Then squeeze out the heart shape.
