Cooking Oriental Toast
Cooking Oriental croutons- a culinary recipe for delicious croutons.
- Armenian lavash 1 pc;
- soft cream cheese;
- garlic 3 slices;
- crab sticks 100 gr;
- Fennel dill 0.5 bunch;
- deodorized sunflower oil 3 tbsp;
- chicken eggs 2 pieces;
- wheat flour 1 tsp.
To make croutons, take a sheet of Armenian pita bread, crab sticks, soft processed cheese, dill, eggs, wheat flour, deodorized sunflower oil and garlic.
Crab wands free from cellophane packaging and finely chop. Slices of garlic clean from the dry shell and rub on a fine grater. Put the cheese in a bowl and add garlic to it. Mass well vymesam. Wash dill in running water, dry and chop finely.
Lavash will be cut into 4 equal rectangles. Slice melted cheese on one layer. Cheese sprinkle with dill. Top crab sticks. Sticks close the second layer of pita.
Repeat the filling filling on the second and third layers. Finally close the fourth layer and press. Use a sharp knife to cut the resulting briquette into small pieces. Add the flour to the eggs. Mass lightly whisk. Semi-finished croutons dip abundantly in the egg mass and fry in oil on both sides until browning.
