- 20 ml of cold water;
- 500 grams of whipping cream

Beat the whites until light frothiness forms, then, without ceasing to beat, gradually fill up all the other ingredients, one by one, starting with sugar.
You should have resistant foam. Put on a silicone mat or a parchment-covered baking tray in the form of hemispheres with a diameter of about 10 cm. Bake in a preheated to 1000oven 1 hour. Cool completely.
For the sauce, put the sugar and water in a saucepan, heat to dissolve the sugar. Add raspberries, mix, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Beat with a blender, rub through a sieve, cool. Whip cream into resistant foam. Put 1 meringue on serving plates, place a portion of cream and berries on it. Pour the sauce and serve immediately.
