Duck with Peaches on Grill

Grilled Peach Duckis a step by step recipe. You can take any fruit that is more suitable for the season: fresh pineapples, Asian pears or local apples. Before roasting the fruit can be pickled in olive oil.


  1. 4 duck breast fillets on the skin
  2. 4 ripe peaches or nectarines
  3. 4-5 medium bulbs;
  4. 30 grams of butter;
  5. 1/4 tsp. sugar;
  6. 2-4 buds of carnation;
  7. freshly ground black pepper;
  8. coarse salt, pink pepper.


Cut onion into not too thin half rings, stew with butter and sugar on medium heat until golden brown, 10 min. Lightly incise the skin on the duck fillet diagonally, sprinkle with salt and pepper and rub them with your fingers. Fry the duck in a well-heated grill or pan - first 8-10 minutes. skin down, then turn over and cook for another 5-10 min. Cut the peaches into slices 1-1.5 cm thick, fry on a grill or pan, add onions, peppers, cloves and heat. Cut duck fillet into slices 0.5–1 cm thick, serve with a peach-onion garnish, sprinkled with pink pepper.
