Frozen Whipped Cream
Frozen whipped cream- a recipe.
- 2 glasses of cream;
- 2-3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
- 1-2 tsp. vanilla extract.
Pour the cold cream in a bowl and start beating with a mixer at medium speed until it thickens. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, continue to beat until thick consistency and persistent peaks.
With the help of a pastry syringe (if this is not available, you can use a regular package by making a small hole in it), put the cream on a parchment sheet. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours to completely freeze the cream. Move to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Serve with hot chocolate, cocoa, coffee or tea.
