- 120 ml of water;

- 60 ml of cold boiled water;
- 180 ml of lemon juice (3-4 lemons);

Take 3 large lemons. Remove the peel and dry.
Fill the gelatin with 60 ml of cold boiled water and leave it to soak it (for 5-10 minutes).
Mix 400 grams of sugar and 120 ml of water and set on fire. Bring to a boil and boil a bit. Remove the syrup from the heat and add the gelatin. We pour lemon juice, which we filter through a sieve. Aromatic liquid, which will soon be marmalade, mix and pour into the form.
Cover the form with a lid and send it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cut the finished marmalade into cubes, which are dipped in sugar from all sides.
