How to cook a cake "Potato" with halvah?

You will need
  • - 175 g tahini halva;
  • - 250 g of dry biscuit cookies;
  • - 75 g milk chocolate;
  • - 25 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 50 g of white chocolate;
  • - 75 ml of milk;
  • - 175 ml of cream;
  • - nuts or coconut chips for rolling.
Heat milk with cream in a water bath or in a microwave.
Add the chocolate broken into pieces and hold on the fire until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Stir until smooth.
In a blender, chop the halva biscuits into a crumb. Pour into a large bowl and combine with a creamy chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth and allow to cool.
From the cooled mass roll small balls and roll them in nut chips or coconut chips. Put in the fridge to set for 1.5 hours at least.
