How to cook a dessert of yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crackers without salt;
  • Fructose or sugar;
  • Pineapple (can both fresh and canned);
  • Honey;
  • Coconut chips;
  • Natural yogurt without additives;
  • Melted butter;
  • Vanilla and gelatin.

Cooking:

  1. For a start, prepare a kind of "flour" from crackers. To do this, their hands should be broken into small pieces and put everything in a strong bag. Do not forget to tie it. Then the rolling pin is taken and the contents of the package are crushed with it.
  2. After that, you should melt the butter and fluff the surface of the mold intended for dessert. Then it is necessary to pour the resulting "flour" from the crackers and add a not very large amount of granulated sugar or fructose. Using a spoon, level the layer and seal it. Then the form must be put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pineapples should be cut into slices and chopped using a blender or meat grinder.After that, it is necessary to drain the juice into a separate container and, if necessary, strain it.
  4. In the resulting juice, continuously stirring it, you must carefully pour the gelatin. In order to calculate the exact amount of gelatin that you need to prepare this dish, you should pay attention to the instructions that are on the pack.
  5. After that, the container with the juice must be heated for 5 minutes on very low heat. This will allow the gelatin to swell rather quickly. Then, in the same container, you should pour quite a bit of vanilla sugar and put honey melted to a liquid state. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly with a whisk.
  6. Pour the yoghurt into the saucepan and, using the whisk, beat it well. After that, it should throw out the pineapple flesh, pour the prepared mass with gelatin and pour coconut shavings. Then using all the same whisk, the resulting mass is thoroughly whipped.
  7. After that, the resulting mixture should be carefully put in a container for dessert directly on top of the cracker crumbs.
  8. Dessert for half an hour should stand in the refrigerator, and then it can be served at the table.You can decorate each serving with berries or fruits.
