Recipe for pickle in a multicooker

Before cooking pickle in a slow cooker, you need to stock up on the following ingredients:

  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • meat - 400 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • Barley - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 5 ml;
  • cucumber pickle - 300 ml;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

To cook delicious pickle soup in a slow cooker, you must act as follows:

  1. Cut carrots and onions into strips. Then transfer to the multicooker bowl and fry for 20 minutes in the Baking mode. Five minutes before cooking, add chopped cucumbers.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes. Defrost and grind meat. Wash the croup several times under running water.
  3. Throw potatoes, meat, and barley into the roasted vegetables. Add the required amount of water, salt and pepper.
  4. On the slow cooker, set the mode of “extinguishing” to 1 hour. Then add the cucumber pickle there and leave the soup to cook for another 10 minutes in the “Preheat” mode.

Recipe pickle for the winter

Delicious pickle for the winter will help you to prepare this recipe. It provides the following ingredients:

  • carrots - 2 kg;
  • tomatoes - 2 kg;
  • onions - 2 kg;
  • pearl barley - 4 cups;
  • vegetable oil - 400 ml;
  • Table vinegar - 80 ml;
  • salt - 2 tbsp. spoons.

In addition, you will need sterile caps and jars.

  2. Rinse the barley thoroughly and leave it in water overnight. The next morning, put a pot of water, bring to a boil and throw in the grits, cook it until ready.
  3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove the stalks and cut them into small pieces.Pass them through a meat grinder, as a result you get a tomato. Grate carrots or cut into sticks.
  4. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Put it in a container, pour the oil fry until done, then throw carrots in there and pour the resulting tomato. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add salt and welded barley to tomato paste. Keep everything on fire for another 10 minutes. Then add the vinegar and mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Start pouring pickle on sterilized jars. Then twist them with roofs and leave them upside down for a day. Then you can clean the workings of pickle in the basement or cellar.

During the subsequent cooking of the soup with this preparation, you only need to throw it into the water, add pickles and brine, and then cook everything for 5-7 minutes. After which the soup will be ready.
