How to make a roll with jam and white chocolate

You will need
  • - 450 g of self-rising flour;
  • - 125 g of sugar;
  • - 210 g butter;
  • - 225 ml of milk;
  • - 12 tbsp. any jam;
  • - 75 g + 50 g white chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a 30x40 cm baking sheet, lining it with parchment paper (if you are not sure of the quality of the paper, oil it).
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add soft butter (remove it from the refrigerator about an hour before cooking), sugar, milk and knead non-sticky dough. Stir thoroughly so that no lumps are left!
On the working surface roll out the dough into the layer to the size of the pan. Jam spread over the bed. 75 g chocolate grate on a medium grater and sprinkle on top. Roll up into a roll, transfer gently to a baking sheet and send to a hot oven for about an hour.
Ready roll to stand 10 minutes before cutting.Meanwhile, melt the remaining white chocolate and pour the product.
