McMuffin Recipe

We all had breakfast at McDonald’s more than once. I liked macmaffin muffins with egg and bacon, and it was sad if I didn't have time to go there for breakfast. This is a great breakfast that is actually easy to cook on your own. So if you don’t have McDonald’s in the vicinity or are too lazy to go there, this is what you need!

Stage 1: Ingredients

The following list is for 4 cupcakes

(it is easy to determine how much you need if you want more or less macmaffins)

  • Butter for lubricating molds
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 4 pieces of cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs

Stage 2: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lubricate the molds with butter

Stage 3: Cupcakes

Roll out bread
Give shape

We put in a mold

We cut white bread into slices, of course it is better to buy sliced.

We roll out slices of bread with a rolling pin, it will be more convenient to work with it. Then put the plate as in the photo and cut off the extra pieces. The resulting pieces are cut in half and laid into a form as shown in the photo.

Stage 4: Bacon and Cheese

Fry bacon

We put cheese in rolls

Laying bacon

We start by roasting the bacon, about one minute on each side. I took the already sliced bacon.

Put a slice of cheese on the bottom of the cupcake, put the already fried bacon on top. My slices were too large, so I put only half.

Stage 5: Eggs

Eggs makmaffin

Add the raw egg to each cupcake. It may flow a little beyond the edges, if you have not a deep shape or too large eggs, but that's okay.

Bake our macmaffins for 25 minutes in an oven heated to 175 degrees (or until the eggs are ready).
