  8. separate the cake from the pan and quickly roll it into a roll, let it cool completely;
  9. Unfold the cake, brush it with a piece of sour cream and place the cherry.

Form a roll, grease its surface with the remaining cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate on top. Chocolate can be replaced with chopped nuts, crumb biscuits or cocoa.
