Rolls with marmalade- a recipe.
- 4 cups of flour;
- 200 grams of butter or margarine;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp. salt;
- 0.5 tsp. soda and vinegar for quenching;
Pour 3 cups of flour into a cup, put the softened butter or margarine, break the egg, add salt and sour cream, soda with vinegar and add to the future dough. Mix everything and start kneading dough.
Pour a glass of flour on the table and spread the dough into it, knead the not too steep, but elastic dough. We roll the dough into a bowl, put it back into the cup, cover and put it in the fridge.
Cut the marmalade into 4 pieces lengthwise to make long strips. We take out the dough, divide it into 4 parts, roll each part into a ball, press down from the top, then roll out thinly in the shape of a circle. Cut the layer into 12 segments, put a piece of marmalade on a wide part of each of them and roll the rolls.
We spread the rolls on a floured baking sheet. We bake in the oven preheated to 200-2200C for 15-20 minutes. We do not wait until the dough is reddened, the rolls should remain pale golden.
