Tomatoes cut into four parts, take out the core. Stir in salt and herbs to taste. Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with olive oil and lay tomatoes on it. In the oven, choose the smallest mode and set for 3-4 hours. Ready tomatoes are added to the salad.

You can also pour them with olive oil with garlic, wine vinegar and fresh basil in a glass jar and put in the refrigerator. They will stay in this form for several weeks.
