Tomato soup with meatballs and rice
You will need
- - tomatoes 700 g
- - rice 150 g
- - onions 100 g
- - minced 500 g
- - Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. spoons

For cooking any meat will suit your taste. In it you need to add breadcrumbs and mix well. Then from the meat mass to make small meatballs. They should be about the size of a walnut.
Remove the skin from a tomato and grind them in a blender or just grate well on a grater so that there are no pieces of pulp in the mass.

In a saucepan, boil 2-2.5 liters of water, add a little salt and add the washed rice. When the water starts to boil again, add the meatballs and cook the soup for about 5-7 minutes.
Next, add chopped tomatoes and onions into the broth, which you can pre-fry in vegetable oil. Cook soup until cooked rice.
Add crushed garlic and 2-3 pieces of bay leaf. If you wish, you can pepper a little.The dish should brew for at least 20 minutes. When serving, sprinkle soup with herbs (onion, dill or parsley).
